Everett HR, LLC announced the launch of HRrates.com, a new web based referral service and procurement solution for the HR industry. HRrates.com enables HR buyers to request free quotes from local and national vendors in a variety of HR- focused service categories. Quote requests are then matched with participating Service Providers. Current HR service categories include: Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), Group Health Insurance, Payroll Services, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Applicant Tracking and Staffing Services among others. In addition to rating and reviewing Service Providers, HR Buyers can refer Provider Profiles to colleagues, save Profiles in their Dashboard Favorites folder and even request quotes from specific Providers in the Provider Directory. The Buyer Dashboard also enables Buyers to manage their quotes, create sub-user accounts to collaborate on purchasing decisions and save time by reducing redundant work. When a registered Buyer needs to request quotes for HR services they can simply update an existing RFP in their archive or create a new one page Request form. But Everett points out that HRrates.com isn't just about helping the HR Buyer. "Service Providers need to receive as much from the system as the Buyers do." In just a few minutes a Service Provider can create their account and define their ideal customer profile. When a Buyer requests a quote, HRrates.com software determines the best match between the Buyer's service requirements and a Provider's capabilities. Quote requests are then forwarded to matching Providers, though no more than five providers will ever get the same quote request. "We want working with HRrates.com to be easy," said Everett.
